Niche count is one 12 in x 12 in x 12 in niche per square foot of wall face, doubled for a two-deep wall. Sellout value is the niche count times the average selling price. Multiple of project cost is sellout value divided by estimated project cost. Break-even is the number of niches sold to cover project cost. Payback is break-even divided by expected sales per year. Opening and closing fees are shown separately and never inflate the headline multiple.
