EZ-Mini Mausolea Future Expansion EZ-Mini Mausolea 3x2 with Simplicity EZ-Plaque with Comma Vase expansion

EZ-Mini Mausolea™

EZ-Mini Mausolea™ is a preset, above-ground crypt system that lets a cemetery add mausoleum capacity in small, self-funding phases. Each unit is built on our patented fiberglass structural system, fully clad in granite or other selected stone, and engineered for fast, repeatable installation.

Plan Your Project

EZ-Mini Mausolea™ brings the proven EZ-Mausolea™ crypt system to a compact, modular footprint, so a cemetery can turn unused ground into above-ground capacity without a large up-front build. A property installs a modest first phase, sells those crypts, and applies the revenue to the next phase. Expansion is funded by the sales it generates, which keeps capital exposure low and lets a property prove demand before committing to more.

Because the format is preset and repeatable, each phase installs quickly and predictably. Every unit is built on our patented fiberglass structural system, fully clad in granite or other selected stone, and finished to suit the surrounding architecture. Paired with its companion EZ-Columbaria™ for cremation, one source and one team can serve both casket and cremation families on a single site.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the EZ-Mini Mausolea™?

EZ-Mini Mausolea™ is a preset, above-ground crypt system for casket interment. Each crypt is built on our patented fiberglass structural system and fully clad in granite or other selected stone. It brings mausoleum interment to properties and budgets that a full mausoleum building would not fit.

How is it different from a full EZ-Mausolea™ structure?

Scale. A full EZ-Mausolea™ is a community structure serving many families with combined crypt and niche inventory. EZ-Mini Mausolea™ delivers the same patented structural approach and the same stone standard at a smaller footprint, so a cemetery can start small and grow one unit at a time.

How long does installation take?

Weeks, not construction seasons. Because the system is preset rather than site-built, it arrives ready to place and requires no heavy foundations, so new inventory opens quickly.

How does the phased expansion work?

A cemetery starts with a modest first installation, sells those crypts, and uses the proceeds to fund the next phase. This keeps capital exposure low and lets a property prove local demand before committing to a larger structure, while turning previously unused ground into an ongoing revenue stream.

Can it be customized?

You select the stone, finishes, and memorialization details, including bronze accessories, lettering, and porcelain photoceramics. The structure itself is a preset system, which is what makes the speed and price point possible.

Does it serve cremation as well as casket families?

Yes. EZ-Mini Mausolea™ handles casket interment, and its companion EZ-Columbaria™ handles cremation niches. One source and one team can serve both casket and cremation families on a single site, which helps a cemetery maximize the memorialization value of a given footprint.

What are the installation options?

We are flexible. Most clients choose our full turnkey service, where one team designs, manufactures, and installs with a single point of responsibility throughout. Because the system is preset and requires no heavy foundations, smaller projects can also be installed by your own crew in coordination with us, or we can install the first unit and train your team to carry the work forward. We serve cemeteries, churches, and funeral homes across North America either way.
